I thought that the Pope ruled that only priests or deacons can consume the remaining blood after communion and not the extraordinary ministers. Is that correct? Can you tell me where I can find that document so that I can tell my priest about it. Thank you Rebecca

Yes, the Pope has recently issued a document saying that only priests and deacons can consume the Precious Blood if there is any left over after the Communion service. Does anyone out there know where to find this document?
