Dear Father,
When you say the Rosary and meditate on its mysteries, are you also supposed to give attention to the prayer, Our Father or Hail Mary, that you say at the time also? Like give attention to the words of those two prayers? Many thanks.

Anon, This is possible, but ordinarily a pious person meditates on the various Mysteries of the life of Jesus or Mary as he recites the prayers of each Mystery. E.g. Joyful Mysteries = Annunciation,Visitation, Nativity, Presentation, Finding of Child in Temple. Fr. Bob Levis
