end times

Question from e on 2/5/2008:  
Hi father with all the apperations of jesus and our lady around the world do you think that we are the final generation before jesus comes. I know the church teaches that we are in the end times for over 2000 years but do you think its possible were the generation who will see the second coming of jesus? why else whould jesus institute this as the time of mercy through the revelations of sr faustina if it wre not the end times.Am i right or am i way off? . god bless you

Dear E, No, I don't think this is the "end times". The mess of the world is my reason for hope. The book of Revelation describes the end times as time of peace, order, grace, and other properties of the presence of Christ. God bless you. Fr. Bob Levis
