I read on the internet somewhere recently that the Pope was going to declare the "Year of St. Paul." I don't think it told when this was going to start. Do you know when this is going to begin? Thanks.

It will start on the solemnity of Sts. Peter and Paul, June 29, 2008 and continue on that date until 2009. It was announced on that feast this year with a solemn liturgy at St. Paul's Basilica Outside the Walls of the city of Rome.
