What in Scripture would be the reply to one that asks if a Roman Catholic could be in Association with an Episcopal Monastery?

I would respond on more immediate levels:

1. There is no valid Mass available to the Catholic

2. The theology of this body is bound to be heretical

3. There is a danger to the faith of the Catholic

I would need to know more about this Monastery and details related to the Catholic association with it--reason, duration, etc.
