Depending on which diocese you live in, you can probably obtain a Catholic document pertinent to end of life quesitons.
You can also receive the LOVING WILL, which is based on Catholic teaching, from American Life League by emailing a request for a copy to be mailed to you. Simple email your home address to jbrown@all.org
