Our Lady's title

We have just inaugurated a new praesidium in our curia. We have some arguments over the proposed name. Can we assign a name which is not an official title of our Lady? Also can you please give the Latin rendition of 'Star of Evangelisation'. Thank you very much.

Dear Akabua,

The Latin for star is "Stella" like in "Stella Maris (Star of the Sea) or "Stella Matutina" (Morning Star) which are two traditional titles for the Blessed Virgin. I do not know what "evangeliation" would be in Latin although I would guess it would be similar to the English term.
