i was bapitzed, but my family didnt allowed to go any further

i was bapitzed as a baby but my mother left the church after i was three and had not returned until after my son was born. i wish to finished my commendment to finished was not even started. i am completely ready. what do i need to do? thank you for your time.

You should contact a local pastor--hopefully in a solid parish--who can assist you in assessing your situation and providing you what is necessary for further instruction and the sacraments you need.
