lay people helping the priest

Question from charles laplena on 4/4/2008:

some people at st mary in st clair mi.when praying the rosary,are saying all glory be and not glory be etc.please respond,this right or wrong.also lay person a woman ,for adoration is going before the holy alter and removing the host from the tabernacle put host into the monstrance ,is this proper or moral to do.or should a decon,or priest partake.thank you father.may god bless you.

A lay person (with proper authorization by the bishop or pastor) may expose or repose the Blessed Sacrament in the absence of a priest or deacon.
