brown scapular, miraculous medal

Question from Helena on 9/30/2007: I wear the miraculous medal and the brown scapular and I try to do what Mary tells us we are to do. I feel that the Marian Aparations are a gift and a blessing for us and we should do what Mary instructs. Am I going overboard by wearing the scapular and the medal? Should I just choose one?
