Is so-called instrumental New Age music safe to listen to? I am fully aware of the dangers of the New Age and I am certainly not attracted to it whatsoever. Yet, I personally have found the music to be helpful for personal relaxation and have yet to note any harmful effects from it. But what do you think?

I know of no ill effects from listening to New Age music. It's always possible that any lyrics may convey false ideas, but most New Age music seems to be without lyrics.
