From Catholic priest to Espiscopal priest

Question from anonymous on 2/28/2008:
Fr. Levis,

A former Catholic priest has married and I have heard has become an episcopal priest. Once a priest, always a priest, so I am wondering and I have heard, that at the consecration as episcopal priest (former Catholic priest) it would truly become the body and blood of Jesus? Could you please help me with this troublesome thought?

Thank you, anonymous
Answer by Fr. Robert J. Levis on 2/28/2008:
Anon, Actually I suspect this priest wished to make Christ eucharistically present (as every Roman Catholic priest intends) since he knows he enjoys this power as a Catholic. I consider him a Catholic priest functioning in an Anglican Church. This is sinful, of course.Fr. Bob Levis
