Rosary of Liberation

Hello: Recently on the internet I read of A Rosary of Liberation. Intended to be healed of illness, oppression etc. Is this approved by our Catholic Church. I heard it is not to be confused with one unwanctioned by the church that is also on the internet. What is the difference. How does one know if it is safe to pray. God Bless Mrs Barbara Burleigh
