cripture meditation: A woman from the crowd cried out … "Blessed is the womb that bore you. …." He, [Jesus] replied, "Rather, blessed are those who hear the word of God and obey it." Luke 11:27-28
Reflection: Mary is blessed most of all because she heard the word of God and carried it out. She preserved the Truth in her mind even more than she preserved the Flesh in her womb.
